Tetronik, based in Taunusstein, Germany, has been producing alarm processing solutions for over 60 years. Tetronik is the manufacturer of the DAKS alarm server. (DAKS stands for Digital Alarm and Conference Server). Tetronik's solutions are used worldwide in over 50 countries.

Why does GROSC work with Tetronik?

In the 1990s, Siemens supplied the DAKS with its Hicom systems. That collaboration continues to this day: the DAKS is also supplied as OScAR in Mitel's OpenScape portfolio.

This is also where the partnership between GROSC and tetronik originated. With extensive OpenScape experience and shared target groups – critical infrastructure, healthcare and transport – a collaboration was almost inevitable.

Partner programme

GROSC is a registered reseller of tetronik. To remain a certified partner, we maintain our knowledge by regularly sending our employees on training courses. This allows us to rely on our own knowledge and, in special cases, to call on tetronik for assistance. See also our page on the tetronik website.

What does this mean for our customers?
