This gives them a better picture of the situation and enables them to call for help more quickly and effectively.
Supported features
Secure Video is based on Virtual Care Collaboration Service (VCCS) from Unify, known before 2013 as Siemens Enterprise Communications. Secure Video supports WebRTC real-time audio and video, TLS encryption and SMS to smartphone capability. In addition, it offers flexibility with the choice of a sovereign cloud or private cloud.
