Mitel is one of the world's largest players in the field of business telephony and communication solutions. The company supplies both traditional on-premise telephone systems and modern cloud services, clearly demonstrating its focus on providing hybrid communication solutions.

An important milestone in Mitel's history was the acquisition of Unify in 2023. Unify, part of Atos until 2023, was formerly known as Siemens Enterprise Communications and has a rich history in developing high-quality telephony and communication systems.

By merging Unify into Mitel, Mitel has significantly broadened its portfolio and has become the global supplier for organisations that rely on both traditional and modern communication technology.

Why does GROSC work with Mitel?

GROSC was founded in 2008 by a number of former Siemens product specialists. GROSC's DNA is based on Hicom, HiPath and OpenScape expertise. Since GROSC's inception, we have always been very closely associated with Unify, then Atos and now Mitel.

In 2019, Atos rewarded our years of focus and loyalty by presenting us with the Global Partner of the Year Award. We are still extremely proud of this accolade today.

Now that the OpenScape portfolio has been fully integrated into Mitel, the partnership has naturally also moved to Mitel.

Partner programme

As a partner of Unify, GROSC had the highest achievable partner status: Master 3. At Mitel, this is the Platinum partner level. We owe this certification to actively building and maintaining our knowledge of the OpenScape systems. Naturally, the Mitel solutions now available are also part of our knowledge portfolio.

This highest partner status means we can count on maximum technical and commercial support from Mitel.
