Bumicom has been active since 1997 and supplies voice recording solutions all over the world. From its base in Rijswijk, it develops, supplies and supports high-quality systems that are used for call recording, analysis and quality monitoring.

Why does GROSC work with Bumicom?

We have a long history of collaboration with Bumicom. Even before the company was founded, Bumicom's systems were used in Siemens Hipath environments. That collaboration continues to this day.

Various GROSC customers use Bumicom voice recording, with GROSC acting as the main contractor.

GROSC and Bumicom are both experts in their own specialities. Our employees know each other inside out and we share a joint test environment. This enables us to replicate a customer environment in no time at all. We use this environment when we want to test new functionality or if incidents need to be analysed.
